Tenesha & Jennifer were delightful. Antonio served us at the main pool and was very nice to us. The maids came by twice a day to see if we needed anything. We loved the singing to us goodbye.

We got great value for our money at this resort. The room was spacious and clean, with a few ants near the bar TV area but nothing major. The location was beautiful, with access to great watersports. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and willing to help. Special shoutout to Antonio, Jennifer, Tenesha, Selena, and our dive instructor Urantis, who made our stay even more memorable.

The breakfast selection could have been better. Some dishes were left out for a while without being cleared, even though many staff walked by.

During my recent stay at Sandals Grande Antigua, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The waiters, Antonio and the other female waitress, provided exceptional service, making me feel right at home. The waiter in Elenor's was also great, engaging in conversations and recommending delicious specials. Hotdog guy, Kosie, was a delight to talk to and always had a friendly demeanor. Lastly, the dive instructor, Urantis , was patient, knowledgeable, and made the diving experience enjoyable for my partner.

My partner and I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Antigua for a few days. The staff at Sandals Grande Antigua were some of the best in the world. Special mentions go to the waiter Antonio, who was always friendly and helpful. Another female waitress was also brilliant. Our waiter at Elenors was great and the receptionist Selena was exceptional. The dive instructor, Urantis, was patient, knowledgeable, and a great person. The resort had plenty of space at the beautiful beach and pools, and the water activities were amazing. The staff made us feel welcome, and the food and drink selection were fantastic. we had an excellent experience.

The staff, including Antonio and the other waiters, were friendly and attentive. The food at the Japanese restaurant was delicious, and the chef added a fun and entertaining touch to our meal. The beach and pools were beautiful and not overly crowded. The water activities, such as snorkeling and kayaking, were easy to book and thoroughly enjoyable. we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The constant solicitations from staff for spa treatments, photo packages, and vacation upgrades became bothersome and interrupted our relaxation. while our stay had its drawbacks, we still had a pleasant experience.
