The room was spacious and beautifully remodeled, with comfortable beds and spotless cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. it was the best hotel experience we've had in a while. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kingsport. The room was spacious and the bed and linens were excellent. The location was also great, close to everything we wanted to do. The hot breakfast served was delicious and gave us a great start to our day.

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. The main door to the hotel was broken and had to be manually opened and closed, which was inconvenient.

This hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms had a wonderful AC system that kept the room cool, which was important during the hot weather. The location was convenient and served our needs perfectly as it was close to our son's home and other things in the area that we like. Additionally, the breakfast provided was beyond our expectations with a great selection of hot and cold items, juices, and more.

Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. We had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. we had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel packaged it up in individual to-go boxes, which included delicious biscuits and gravy, omelets, and sausage. They also provided pre-packaged oatmeal, breakfast bars, and more. Additionally, they had a Keurig machine and coffee pods in the room, which was a major bonus. the selection was much better than other hotels I've stayed at in the past.

There were no vending or ice machines on the 2nd floor that I could find. This was a bit inconvenient as I had to go to a different floor for those amenities.
