I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Knoxville-Farragut. The 2 Queen Suite with Pullout Sofa was fantastic for my family, offering plenty of space. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Plus, the location was super convenient to I-40—definitely a plus!

We did have a little issue with privacy when housekeeping entered our room without knocking.

Additionally, the noise level on our last night due to a high school baseball team was disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. I'm disappointed that the hotel did not enforce quiet hours or ensure that guests maintained peace in shared spaces.

For a great breakfast experience, arrive early to enjoy the full spread, especially the cinnamon rolls! Also, pack a moisturizer for the hard water.

Comfortable Stay with a Sweet Start

We loved the fast check-in after a late arrival and the delightful breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls our kids raved about! The room was spacious and comfortable. Just be cautious of housekeeping entering without notice. Overall, a great stay for families. Request a room with a better view if possible!

The location is super convenient, just a short drive to the zoo and several nearby Tennessee museums. The staff was friendly, and breakfast had those famous cinnamon rolls. The pool was a fun spot for the kids, even if it was only five feet deep. Clean rooms and comfy beds made it all the better.

Poor privacy with housekeeping entering rooms without knocking!!! The bed is uncomfortably tall—how is someone with back problems supposed to manage that? The hotel needs clearer communication about ongoing renovations!!!
