The breakfast was the best we've experienced in our 2 months of travel. Good selection and the apples were even wrapped. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The service was exceptional, with kind and caring staff who went above and beyond.

The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and shopping areas, making it easy to get around and find things to do. the complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of options including pancakes, eggs, sausage, and cinnamon rolls. the staff were courteous and helpful, making the check, in and check, out process quick and easy.

The water in the hotel was hard, which made it difficult to keep my skin moisturized. Additionally, I had an issue with being charged for items I didn't receive, which is currently under investigation by the management.

Everything was spot on.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! They not only gave us the Hot Tub room we wanted for free, but also provided excellent service and even recommended a fantastic restaurant. The room itself was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I loved that they provided full-size bottles of soaps and lotion. The breakfast was delicious and the snack bar was a nice touch. The hotel also had great amenities like a fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, and a business centre. The staff was always available with their 24-hour reception and 24-hour security. The location also had a beautiful picnic area and tables, and the on-site car park made parking a breeze. our stay here was top-notch and I highly recommend this hotel if you're in need of a fantastic place to stay.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Knoxville for 2 months while traveling the country. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring everyone was taken care of and even offering to get more food when the cut-off time approached. This level of service was a refreshing change from other hotels we've stayed at.

The hotel offered a very nice breakfast with a good variety of options, and the beds were comfortable. Another advantage was the convenient location, close to key areas and attractions.

The cleanliness was not up to par, with stained furniture and a room that was not as well maintained as expected. Additionally, there were issues with privacy, as housekeeping entered the room without knocking, causing discomfort and invasion of personal space.

Excellent value, spacious room, quick check-in, and impressive breakfast selection. Friendly staff and great location for concerts. Room cleanliness exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.
