Staff was incredibly attentive; front desk, valet, and housekeeping were prompt in addressing our needs. the hotel was very clean, inside and out, with appealing facilities. the location allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants.

The noise level was a significant issue, especially in street-facing rooms, making it hard to sleep. Beds were reported as too firm and difficult to get in and out of.

First stay's staff found my lost barrette. Place suits me well, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor pool. Coming back for New Year. It has everything I need for a comfortable stay!
