had an amazing summer stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites! The staff was kind and flexible, breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

room wasn't properly cleaned

Mind-blowing service! A staff member went above and beyond, personally waiting for the laundry and delivering it promptly. Included parking, comfy mattress, updated room, ample toiletries, and towels. Tranquil and peaceful stay. Staff members YANNI, Rachel, Chloris, and Ryan felt like family with their kindness, care, and compassion. I will only stay here for my getaways!

Great location, close to key attractions and amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff who provided excellent customer service.- The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

Constant disturbances due to fire alarm going off in the early morning, causing inconvenience and disruption to sleep. Unpleasant smell in the hotel, resembling Old Bay seasoning, which was not a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice gym and a clean pool. The staff was professional, helpful, and appeared to genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast provided a great variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, bacon. the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and top-shelf amenities.

For us, it was ideal.

We were placed in a pet-friendly room due to our service dog, and although the bathroom had a lingering smell of pet urine, the front desk provided us with cleaning supplies to try and alleviate it. the hotel itself was new and well-maintained, and the breakfast options were fantastic. There were a variety of beverages including juice, water, coffee, and milk, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt. the staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the stay was pleasant.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richburg, An Ihg were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The location of the hotel was convenient, right off the main road and near the freeway, making it easy to access and reducing traffic. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. They had a great selection of hot and cold options, and it was satisfying to start my day with a delicious meal. The price for the suite was also reasonable, considering the quality and the fact that it is a newer hotel. The pool was clean, warm, and inviting, and I appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly without charging exorbitant fees.

One drawback was the laundry service. The self-service washing machine broke down during our washing cycle, leaving us with wet and unpleasant-smelling clothes.

Loved the morning sun on the patio for coffee and wine, and the plush duvet and quiet room for solid shut-eye. The staff were always there to offer their "expert" advice. Such quaint southern hospitality!

Yay for vending machines with snacks, but couldn't find any unicorn tears. Disappointing.

I also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast they offered, with a variety of hot and cold selections to choose from.

One aspect I didn't particularly like was that breakfast started quite early at 5:30 am. Since I was on vacation, I didn't rise that early and it seemed like the breakfast was more catered to workers.

The hotel was pet-friendly and offered reasonable prices for accommodating pets.

The staff was incredible and treated us like family. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were marked soft or firm. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were delightful. The view from the room was wonderful and included the interstate. The outside pool and facilities looked very nice.
