As adventure travelers, we loved the great location of this hotel. It was conveniently close to all the surrounding beaches and just across the street from shopping and restaurants. The pool and whirlpool were fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploration. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome and never making us feel like a bother, despite our many questions. Plus, the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly made our furry friend feel right at home. a fantastic experience.

Nice, new facilities. Very clean. Staff was enthusiastic and helpful. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, by far the most comfortable beds of any of the five hotels we stayed at. Full breakfast with just about anything you could want. Lots and lots of USB plug options for charging our devices and no issue with the free Wifi. Close to major discount retailers and chain restaurants. Located right off the main highway into town.

Rooms were not properly cleaned upon arrival. Location was far from the desired destination.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are modernized with LED lights, giving them a bright and refreshing atmosphere. It's great to see a hotel with such attention to detail. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the overall experience is amazing. Additionally, the location on the outskirts of town, right off the highway, provides easy access to the area and avoids the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Clean and modern room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with a variety of options including eggs, sausage. Convenient location with easy access to downtown and the beach. Meijer right across the street for any needs. Indoor pool and hot tub were amazing, with outdoor patios to relax on.

Housekeeping came early in the morning, which was inconvenient, especially on a big night like NYE. The carpets in the room and hallways seemed dirty and in need of cleaning.

The facilities were new and clean, and the staff was enthusiastic and helpful. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft and firm pillows for a perfect night's sleep. Despite being near the elevator and ice maker, our room was quiet, and we didn't hear any noise from other guests. The breakfast selection was amazing, with options like fresh pancakes and hot scrambled eggs. The hotel's convenient location near major retailers and chain restaurants made it easy for us to restock supplies and dine out. The abundance of USB plugs and reliable WiFi were also a plus.

The hotel was a bit further from the water and ferry than we would have preferred, but it was still only about 3 miles away. The sliding bathroom door in our room was not locking, which made us a little uncomfortable.

One of the few downsides was that the hotel was a bit farther from the water and ferry than I would have liked, but it was still only about 3 miles away. Another small issue was the non-locking sliding bathroom door in my room, although it may have been unique to the accessible unit.
