The location was perfect, right by the river. The elegance of the hotel was evident in the superior comfort level and excellent beds. The bathroom was more than adequate.

Experiencing true luxury at Sacher Salzburg was a dream come true. Our upgraded room had a cozy seating area and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our every need. Despite some renovation works, the hotel remained peaceful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a special treat in a fabulous city.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The junior suite with river view was amazing, exceeding our expectations. The decor was perfect and the beds were comfortable. The staff were graceful, polite, and attentive to our requests. We appreciated the little touches like mini Sacher tortes on arrival and the daily room service. The location was fantastic, with picturesque views just across the bridge, and all the sights were within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the room I stayed in had a stunning view of the river and the castle. It was such a picturesque sight, especially during the festive season. the location of the hotel was also a major plus point, as it was conveniently situated near the walking bridge. This made exploring the city much easier and enjoyable. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always attentive and made sure that my needs were met.

There were a couple of aspects that I did not particularly enjoy. the size of the room was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is ideally located near the historic city center, with easy access to the festival venues. It is situated right next to the pedestrian bridge, offering breathtaking views of the river. The rooms are elegantly furnished and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides warm and friendly service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The entrance of the hotel could use some improvement to match its luxurious reputation.

The electrics in the hotel were a bit of a problem. They didn't work as they should, making it difficult to switch off lights without using the master off switch, which prevented me from charging my phone.

The spacious Deluxe Junior Suite offered a separate sitting area and bed area, providing ultimate comfort. The extensive bathroom amenities, although with a chocolate scent, added a touch of indulgence. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a restful sleep. Additionally, room service breakfast was delivered promptly and was delicious. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sacher and would highly recommend it.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the beautifully decorated hotel, it felt like being in a museum. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food and service at the hotel's restaurant were fantastic, especially Ursulla. The location couldn't have been better, allowing us to easily explore the city. this hotel is definitely worth a visit!
