The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was fast. the lobby was clean and nicely decorated. One positive aspect was that the breakfast served was excellent. the rooms were clean and the staff was great.

The lighting outside the bathroom door was poor and I couldn't read the instructions on how to brew the coffee. the parking lot was too dark and felt a bit unsafe, especially if you were alone.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quick and effective heating system in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable with both firm and soft king-sized pillows. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, and the presence of a Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including healthy instant oatmeal with various toppings, fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins, hot cinnamon rolls. The breakfast attendant was attentive and friendly, making sure the guests' needs were taken care of. The hotel also had a well-maintained gym with modern exercise machines.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Merrimack for a conference in Nashua. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of parking available. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were top-notch, making for a welcoming environment. The location was ideal, being close to Nashua and the Merrimack outlet shopping. The breakfast offerings were fantastic and diverse. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future visits.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice bed. The location was convenient and easy to find, right off the highway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially the young woman who checked me in.

Great staff, friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a small issue with noise insulation, but it was promptly addressed by the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel for a nice stay in an older style Holiday Inn Express.
