I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was like sleeping on a cloud - the bedding was top-notch! The location was perfect for me, close to family and right off the 215 fwy. And the staff? Absolutely wonderful, they even switched our room to better fit our needs after we checked in. Talk about service!

Hotel breakfast could have been a bit better, maybe more variety.

The location of the hotel was convenient with plenty of choices for dining nearby. Additionally, the bed in the room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another advantage was the availability of an ice machine, which was useful.

On the negative side, the check-in process was frustrating as the room was not ready and we were given another uncomfortable room. Furthermore, when we asked for towels and blankets, they were not readily available.

Wonderful staff, perfect location, comfortable bedding, neat and clean hotel, cool breakfast, great amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and we felt safe during our entire stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to restaurants, stores, and even a shopping mall. The breakfast provided was pretty good, and the staff was sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. We also appreciated the convenience of having a mini store on-site to buy snacks and drinks.

The breakfast area was not well-maintained and could use someone to keep it clean. the cleaning room rule was disappointing, as it only allowed for two cleanings per week and no daily clean towels unless requested.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was amazing. There were so many choices and the food was delicious. I especially loved the variety of options available. The showers in the hotel were also fantastic. The size alone was a reason for me to come back. The decor was tasteful and added to the overall experience.
