I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was like sleeping on a cloud - the bedding was top-notch! The location was perfect for me, close to family and right off the 215 fwy. And the staff? Absolutely wonderful, they even switched our room to better fit our needs after we checked in. Talk about service!

There were no disruptive traffic sounds, allowing me to sleep well and enjoy a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants and stores, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms themselves were modern and well-maintained, with a stunning sunset view that added an extra touch of magic. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the attentive staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. To top it off, the shower had amazing water pressure, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel offered great amenities, including a pool, gym, laundry room, and even a mini store for snacks and drinks.

The location of the hotel was convenient with plenty of choices for dining nearby. Additionally, the bed in the room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another advantage was the availability of an ice machine, which was useful.

On the negative side, the check-in process was frustrating as the room was not ready and we were given another uncomfortable room. Furthermore, when we asked for towels and blankets, they were not readily available.

The shower had great water pressure and was roomy. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were brought up promptly. Bed was very comfortable. They offer the pool, gym, free breakfast and have a laundry room. The front desk attendant was very sweet, knowledgeable about the area, and professional!! The hotel overall was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. The location is perfect!! With restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel and the mall and shopping center literally 3mins away!! And the Lake Elsanore outlet is only 20-30min drive. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!! Your staff was able to switch our room to better fit our needs even after we had already checked in.
