Enjoyed my time at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The room was immaculate with a cozy bed and a fantastic walk-in shower. Breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The hotel is just a short drive from downtown Nashville, making it a great location for exploring.

I appreciated the complimentary Uber ride for IHG members. the breakfast was disappointing. Limited options and inconsistent quality. The singing lady in the kitchen could tone it down; it was more irritating than charming. Some accessible features need attention. The shower was slippery, and the room wasn’t spotless—trash left in the can and a chair out of place. For the price, I expected better upkeep. Potential for improvement is high.

We were able to easily get to downtown Nashville and back without any hassle. The complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight, the food and the service were both top-notch. The breakfast ladies were so friendly and made our mornings enjoyable. there were a few drawbacks. The room we booked was supposed to be a queen suite with a sleeper sofa, but it took forever for us to get the correct room upon check-in. The staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. there were issues with housekeeping, our room was not properly cleaned, and amenities like hand soap and towels were not fully restocked as requested. One major inconvenience was the parking situation. Initially, we were told there was a fee, but then it was adjusted to be complimentary. The lack of clarity on this matter was frustrating, especially considering the high charges for parking in the area. In terms of room comfort, the beds were a bit hard, and noise from the nearby interstate was quite disruptive. A sound machine or air purifier came in handy to drown out some of the noise. the stay was decent, but there were definitely areas that could use improvement. I felt like a country music star with the free hot breakfast and cozy bed. Visited cool neighborhoods and had a blast at Top Golf nearby.

I truly enjoyed being a short stroll away from countless attractions like the Tennessee State Museum, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, and some great dining options including Starbucks and McDonald's all within 500 meters, plus the friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay even better, but I wish breakfast had a few more choices for added convenience.
