The staff was friendly and the room was stunning. I loved that a door separated the sitting area from the bedroom. the bed itself was heavenly and there were plenty of pillows too! the Keurig in the room started the morning perfectly and a tasty hot breakfast was waiting for me right off the lobby. the room also had a sink in the kitchenette area which was nice. I keep a brita water bottle with me and I didn’t have to fill it up in the bathroom. Major plus in my book!

The walls were paper thin, so I could hear not only people talking in the next room but I could actually hear their conversation. I had to shuffle a playlist on Apple Music so I could fall asleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room at Holiday Inn Express! It was a suite and had plenty of space. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Plus, the hotel had great amenities like TVs and internet that worked perfectly. The location was also convenient, especially since it was close to OU where I needed to be. The value for money was definitely worth it.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options available. Specifically, I would have liked to have more salt and pepper available instead of just the small packets included in the utensil packet.

The Holiday Inn Express in Norman was the perfect choice for our trip. We stayed for a few nights and loved the convenient location, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the woman at the counter who gave us recommendations for local dining options. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the dining room was always clean and well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping options nearby and being close to the university. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having four pillows on each bed. The hotel facilities, including the fitness room and pool, were well equipped. The staff at check-in were extremely helpful and accommodating, even going the extra mile to move us to a more convenient floor when we requested it due to my husband's recent eye surgery. The breakfast area was spacious and there were prompt refills of towels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was great and the facility looked brand new. The size of the room was perfect for the price, providing excellent value. I also appreciated the friendly managers who were invested in ensuring guests enjoyed their stay. The MOD on duty during our stay was exceptional. He was attentive to my family's needs, helped out with breakfast and the cleaning crew, and made sure there was hot coffee available throughout the day. The beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was a highlight.
