The hotel's location is great, with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants in the fastest growing area of this city. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff's professionalism was outstanding. The parking space was impressive, always allowing me to park close to the door.

Lighting was great and there was plenty of space in the bathroom, which had a generous-size step-in shower. the location was perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options available.

The ambiance of the room felt a bit sterile due to the industrial materials used in its construction. Windows could not be opened, which meant there was no fresh air in the room.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Chico were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to stores and amenities. The indoor pool was a great bonus, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The parking in the back was convenient, allowing us to keep an eye on our car from our room window. our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be returning!

Although the staff was friendly, it seemed like they could benefit from some additional training in customer service. During check-in, there was a bit of a hiccup that required a manager to intervene.
