We hit up the NASCAR race and then checked out the Angel & Phelps Chocolate Factory. The fitness center was perfect for quick workouts before hitting the Atlantic Ocean for a swim. It was so chill and the perfect place to crash after a day of non-stop action.

The only thing missing was a more happening party scene for us young folks.

The hotel's proximity to the Daytona Beach allowed us to enjoy a swim in the refreshing Atlantic Ocean, and the 24/7 fitness center with its variety of equipment provided a great way to stay active during our time here. The friendly and accommodating staff made our experience even more enjoyable, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were a big plus.

In my wife's opinion, a small playground area for kids would be a great addition to the hotel's amenities for families with children.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beach, just north of Dunlawton Cswy. It's conveniently close to restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the area. The beachfront location provides the opportunity to relax on the sandy shores and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves. The rooms offer a cozy atmosphere with comfortable beds and balconies that offer breathtaking views of the ocean.

Some areas of the hotel seemed to be outdated, not living up to the expectations set by the online pictures.

The best part of our stay, however, was the exceptional staff. From the friendly and accommodating guest services manager, Tina Abdelmalak, to the helpful young man named Sam, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Marisa at the front desk, Ryan at check-out, Peter for the great conversation, and the always pleasant general manager, Alice. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

The staff had terrible customer service skills, with the exception of one helpful employee. They seemed indifferent and didn't care about maintaining a smoke-free environment, despite signs indicating so.

The elevator can be slow and cramped, making it a bit of an inconvenience for those in a hurry.

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express was a restful one. The location is great, right off the beach and close to everything. Both the beach and pool were not crowded, which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Irene from the breakfast staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located on Atlantic Avenue, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The heated pool was also a plus.

The lobby was nicely decorated and the registration process was a breeze with a friendly attendant. The dining area had a clean and inviting atmosphere with an ocean view. The staff we encountered were all friendly and accommodating. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed and the room had comfortable beds and good lighting. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the egg white veggie omelets and cinnabon buns. The hotel was clean, updated, and had everything we were looking for. we were 100% satisfied with our stay.
