The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless with a huge shower. There were plenty of electrical outlets and convenient traveler touches like a built-in luggage rack and a large desk. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, with a nearby Cracker Barrel, restaurants, and a mall. The staff provided a warm welcome and the check-in process was easy. Parking was plentiful and there was a snack area in the lobby. a comfortable and convenient stay for families.

She was always ready to help and made me feel at home. Secondly, the rooms were clean, cozy, and had a pleasant smell. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making it easy to catch up on sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of options, including hot pockets, frozen pizza, chips, ice cream. I particularly enjoyed the coffee and the attentiveness of the breakfast attendant named Yoyi. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, but the only improvement could be better maintenance of the appliances and lights.

Convenient Location: The hotel was located close to the main road, making it easily accessible. It was also just a short drive away from the Santos MTB Trail, which was perfect for our biking adventure.

Elevator Issue: During our stay, only one elevator was working while the other was out of order. It would have been more convenient if both elevators were operational.
