Had a great time during our stay; hotel is in a prime spot close to plenty of shopping options, which was super convenient. the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the staff in the dining area were incredibly helpful and a joy to chat with.

The breakfast lacked flavor, leading us to dine out in Lacrosse. the pool area was overcrowded, lacking enough chairs, with some unruly kids and a shortage of towels, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.
