The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room exceeded my expectations, it was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower. The location was convenient with easy access to the interstate. The staff provided superb customer service, from the friendly reception upon check-in to the attentive night front desk guy who even gave my daughter a treat.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more options for vegans. Although there were vegetarian options available, it would have been nice to have more variety for those with vegan dietary restrictions.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a trip to Starved Rock State Park. The location was convenient, with plenty of food options and stores nearby. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing extra pillows upon request. I also appreciated the recommendation to visit Matthiessen State Park. a great experience!

The breakfast was excellent and varied, offering a wide selection of delicious options to start the day. the location of the hotel was also great, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. Additionally, one advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. I was disappointed with the view from my room, as it overlooked the roof of the entrance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. The pool was clean, and there was also a good workout area available. Although we didn't use it, it looked well-equipped. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the nearby state park. The hotel was in good condition, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they even provided us with extra pillows upon request. There were plenty of food options nearby, including grocery stores and restaurants. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. I particularly loved the pancake making machine, it was so much fun! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I really liked the layout with the couch and bench. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to the interstate and nearby attractions.

The only issue I had during my stay was that the hand soap in the room contained coconut acid, which I was allergic to. I had to buy my own soap to avoid any allergic reactions.

The breakfast was decent, and the workout area was impressive. the hotel was close to many grocery stores and gas stations, which was very convenient. the pool was clean and well-maintained.

The pool had some hair clumps in it, which was concerning. the coffee offered at the front desk was limited to one cup per person, and staff removed it early in the day.
