We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette, and the staff was always available to cater to our needs. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were great additions to our stay and provided us with a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the easy-to-use air conditioning system. It made my stay incredibly relaxing. the view from the room was breathtaking, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. the bonus of having access to the pool and jacuzzi was also a great perk, allowing me to unwind and enjoy my holiday even more.

One aspect that could have been improved was the temperature of the showers. They could have been slightly warmer, which would have made the bathing experience more enjoyable.

The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast made for a great start to the day.

The lack of an ice machine was frustrating.

For the past 7 years, my family and I have been exploring various hotels in the UAE, from luxurious resorts to budget accommodations. However, one hotel truly stands out in terms of location, service, and amenities. The hotel is nestled in a bustling area with plenty of nearby restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines. The rooms are spacious and clean, complete with comfortable bedding and a refreshing scent. The continental breakfast provided was plentiful, lasting us for two days. We were also impressed by the prompt and caring service of the restaurant staff, constantly ensuring our needs were met. this hotel has surpassed our expectations and we will definitely return.

The only downside we encountered during our stay was the continuous sound coming from the AC system, which slightly impacted our sleep quality.

The staff at the terrace and restaurant seemed to have bad attitude towards the guests. They had an unwelcoming vibe and would rush us to finish our drinks and leave, which made us feel uncomfortable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with luxurious amenities and excellent service. the room had exclusive advantages such as a Jacuzzi and a makeup service, making our stay unforgettable. the dinner at the rooftop restaurant was exceptional, with delicious food and breathtaking views of the city skyline.

The location lacked easy access to a beach or an outdoor swimming pool. This minor issue was compensated with the indoor swimming pool and the beauty treatments offered at the Spa & wellness centre.
