I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in downtown Phoenix, and it was a fantastic experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with adjustable lighting and plenty of storage. The beds were just the right height, and the sheets were soft. I especially appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Arriving before check-in time, we were greeted by Aurora at the front desk who informed us that a room was available. As IHG members, we were able to enjoy early check-in for free. the room was fantastic, complete with a microwave and fridge. We made use of the pool and hot tub, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. the entire staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. the location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Phoenix.

As young holiday goers, we were impressed with the modern and clean rooms at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the hot breakfast which was better than expected. The location was great, and we appreciated the convenience of having a Jacuzzi and pool to relax in. The pancake making machine at breakfast was a cool touch, and we enjoyed being able to sit outside and eat if we wanted to. there was plenty of space in this 4 floor hotel, and we found the ice machine and vending machine to be convenient amenities.

Everything about our stay at this hotel felt so at home, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
