We loved the beautiful property with outstanding views and a balcony. The room was spacious and well-equipped for our young family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had enough options for everyone.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The location was convenient, close to the ISU campus. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a bed that was even more comfortable than the one at a different hotel we stayed at the night before. The staff member in charge of breakfast was outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure everything was stocked and even helping the children get what they wanted. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and the room itself was clean and well-appointed. We also highly recommend Jakers nearby for dining.

Everything was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Pocatello for my son's gymnastics meet. The front desk and kitchen staff were all very nice. The room was nicely decorated and had a great view. The breakfast area was beautiful with ample natural sunlight coming in through the windows. My son loved the pool and we enjoyed the included breakfast, especially the pancake machine.

The hotel facilities included a pantry with snacks, drinks, hot & cold meal options, and even toiletries for forgotten items. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a slight noise issue in the hotel, with a loud humming sound coming from the surrounding area during the night. This made it a bit difficult for my daughters to fall asleep.

It was a perfect location for our stay. The hotel was situated right off the freeway, and it was easy to find. It was close to most everything, including Route 15. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was great. The customer service was phenomenal, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The pancake machine was a hit just like one of the reviews mentioned. The pool was spacious and clean.
