We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. the staff was super nice and made us feel welcomed. the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the brand of shampoo and toiletries provided, especially the reusable bottles in the spacious shower. the hairdryer worked awesome, and the area felt safe. the pancakes at breakfast were delicious.

The hotel offers a convenient location, with friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom featured toiletries, a functioning hairdryer, and good water pressure. The hotel boasts several facilities, including a gym and a pretty ample breakfast with yummy pancakes, a great amenity to start off the day with. The rooms had large windows letting in plenty of light, with adjustable lounger side table for relaxation, power outlets and well-sized closet and big towels to make the stay comfortable.

The elevator in the hotel was a bit dirty, and the signage leading to some rooms was incorrect.

The room was spacious and well-lit. We enjoyed our balcony with great views of planes taking off. The comfy bed made for a restful night. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options and the airport shuttle was prompt. we highly recommend Holiday Inn Express.

We loved the balcony at Holiday Inn Express! It was a pleasant surprise to find that our room had one, and it provided a relaxing spot to watch the planes take off. the food options for breakfast were great, with plenty of choices. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our flight was canceled. They provided a shuttle service that picked us up within minutes, allowed early check-in, and even arranged a last-minute shuttle when we were able to catch an earlier flight. the cleanliness of the hotel and room was impressive, and the staff made us feel valued and prioritized.

Great location for watching the 49ers vs Rams game. Convenient airport shuttle , easy access to the rail line, clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast.

The location was perfect for attending the 49ers game and we loved how easy it was to get to Levi's Stadium using the nearby rail line. the hotel itself was modern and clean, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. the breakfast provided was superb, offering a delicious variety of fresh fruit, cheese omelette, turkey sausage, and whole grain English muffins. the free airport shuttle was a bonus, although we learned that it's best to book in advance for the next morning to avoid any issues. a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Nothing to dislike.

The price was good and the staff was friendly. The bed was nice and comfy. Breakfast was decent and complimentary. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be.

The floors were extremely sticky and dirty, which was a common issue for multiple family members staying in different rooms. The front desk lacked customer service skills and was not welcoming.

Great room size and location, and the breakfast was ample and well-stocked. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and downtown, with easy access to public transportation. The complementary breakfast exceeded my expectations, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a bonus.

The night duty manager I encountered during check-in had poor customer service attitude. The manager was rude, uninterested in resolving the issue promptly, and lacked a professional demeanor.

This caused some stress for us as we almost missed it, and there weren't enough spots available due to the shared capacity. the signage for the property was poor and not easily identifiable.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express! the room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows that gave me the best night's sleep I've had in a while. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the location was convenient, although it was a bit further from the San Jose Airport than I initially expected. But overall, it was a perfect choice, easy to get to and the staff responded to all my needs. the room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved the blackout curtains that helped me sleep in after a late work night. the breakfast staff were also pleasant, and the breakfast selection was ample and well-stocked.
