This was our second stay at Comfort Inn and it was perfect for our family vacation. We were visiting family in O'fallon and St. Louis, and the hotel was conveniently located. We were only 15 minutes away from City Museum and 18 minutes from the Arch. The zoo was a 20-minute drive and Six Flags was just 30 minutes away. The best part of our stay was the wonderful staff. They were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back next year!

The continental breakfast at Comfort Inn Collinsville was fantastic! There was a great variety of both hot and cold food, perfect for guests with children. Lobby and room were clean, bright, and comfortable. Bed was great, heating and cooling worked well. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food, satisfying start to the day.

We were impressed with the big format three floors with central open dining area. the room was comfy and pillows well fluffed. Nice and quiet 2nd floor and good shower pressure.

The facilities were old and outdated both inside the rooms and the public areas. the breakfast was poor with pre-cooked fried eggs, stale hard breads and bagels.

Liked the convenient location of the hotel with easy access to St Louis and other nearby attractions. Also, the friendly and personable front desk staff made check, in a breeze. Lastly, the comfortable beds and pillows provided a good night's sleep.

Disliked the strong smell in the hotel, although it was a clean smell, it might be overpowering for those sensitive to odors. Additionally, the breakfast options were mediocre, especially the not, so, great eggs.

The breakfast was nice and kept clean. the pool area was clean and well maintained. Plus, the front desk clerk on the first night was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. There was a dirty shirt hanging on the back of the door and hair in the tub.

Close to restaurants and other hotels. Easy access to St Louis. Affordable compared to downtown.

Online reservation problem. Reserved king room not available, had to settle for a 2-bed room at same rate.
