During our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, we had a minor issue with our room reservation. However, the staff was quick to address the problem and provided us with the correct room. They were also helpful in giving us suggestions for dinner and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

Although we had a pleasant overall experience, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. the heater/air conditioner in our room was quite noisy, which disturbed our sleep.

We were disappointed with the noise level in the hotel. There was poor insulation, making it possible to hear toilets flushing in neighboring rooms and footsteps from the room above.
