Centrally located, fully stocked room, comfortable bed, close to Louisiana Boardwalk

Nothing all good

I loved the evening snack at the hotel! The cheese spread, fruit, flatbread, and carrots and celery were all delicious. It was a unique and tasty treat. The staff, especially La Tonya and Ms. Bertha, were incredibly friendly and pleasant. They made me feel welcomed and at home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near I-20 and the casino, and right next to the Boardwalk. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy my trip.

One downside was that the housekeeping service was inconsistent. There were a few occasions when my room was not cleaned and I had to request clean towels.

This hotel is a hidden gem in terms of value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is great for those wanting a relaxing evening at the Boardwalk or the nearby casino. It's also conveniently close to an outlet mall and the highway, making it easy to get around. Despite being in a busy area, you wouldn't know it because the staff does an excellent job of keeping the place spotless. The rooms are very nice and feel like apartments with their spaciousness and kitchen areas. Plus, the breakfast is one of the best I've had with a variety of options that rotate daily.

Maintenance could be improved as there are some minor issues, such as a toilet paper holder that won't hold the roll and a soap dish holder in the shower that isn't properly attached. However, overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, close to everything for our night out with friends.

Extremely comfortable king bed, great walk-in shower and kitchen. the TV cable had some issues but was quickly fixed. Clean area, nice servers, and a so-so breakfast. Great location, right next to the Horseshoe Casino.

Reserved room was given away, even after calling ahead and confirming. No credit card on file resulted in no room available.

I had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The walk-in shower and kitchen were great amenities. Despite a minor cable issue, the staff quickly resolved it. The location was perfect, right next to the Horseshoe Casino.

This hotel is perfect for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay. The location is convenient, being right next to the railroad and close to everything, including excellent outlet shopping. The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service, with attention to every detail. The facilities are lovely and clean, with great amenities. The breakfast provided is delicious and will satisfy anyone's appetite.

The bed is extremely comfortable. It's also close to the Louisiana Boardwalk, adding to the convenience.
