The location of this hotel near Superior Bay was perfect for enjoying beautiful sunrises and easy access to the Twin Ports area. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was beyond the usual Continental options, with a delicious variety of items including sausage egg biscuits and to-go options.

While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The internet connection was poor, requiring frequent reconnections, and the door cards had some difficulty working consistently.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Superior was absolutely delightful. I was visiting the University of Wisconsin and the hotel's location was perfect, being so close to the university. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and decorated for fall, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The maids were wonderful and the hotel staff accommodated my request for a first-floor room, which was very convenient for me as a disabled veteran. Additionally, the room was quiet and comfortable, with a dark room at night and a comfortable bed with good pillows. The added amenities, like the bigger mini fridge and microwave, were a great fit for my needs. I had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.
