The front office staff and housekeeping service were exceptional. We arrived late at night, and the gentleman at the front desk noticed my wife struggling with our bags and quickly came to her aid. His helpfulness was greatly appreciated. the room was always clean upon our return, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a safe in the room for our valuables. the breakfast was served with great attention to detail and was always at the perfect temperature. the window AC in the room was quiet and didn't require any adjustments. our experience at Holiday Inn Express was top-notch.

The location of Holiday Inn Express was perfect for my business meeting, just 5 minutes away. The facility was clean and beautiful, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was great, and the gym was sufficient for my workout routine. The first receptionist was especially sweet and made my stay welcoming.

There was a night receptionist who was not as attentive or friendly. When I asked for directions to the bathroom, she barely acknowledged me.
