During my Christmas stay, the location couldn't have been better for the Bama game with a shuttle service just across the street. the staff truly stood out , friendly and accommodating. An unexpected highlight was Big Al's visit during a complimentary reception. the property was impeccably clean, and housekeeping was outstanding, making for a comfortable stay.

Construction noise and renovations took away from the overall experience, without any prior warning or compensation offered. Additionally, technical issues like a malfunctioning TV and worn, out mattress were disappointing.

From my first stay when staff helped with bags, I have no regrets. Perfect for my city trips. Has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, fitness center, seasonal pool, flat-screen TV, business center. Easy check-in/out, no smoking, wheelchair access, off-site parking, sun loungers, lift.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Tuscaloosa was purposeful, to avoid Hurricane Ian, with a two-night stopover to visit Birmingham and Montgomery. the location was easily accessible, and the warm cinnamon buns at breakfast were a favorite. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable. the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the amenities were top-notch. Overall, a highly recommended hotel. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept soundly through the night. The room was spotless, which was especially important to us given our last experience at another hotel. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is right at the center of town, so you're close to everything, including a great area with restaurants and bars. Plus, there's a mall right across the street where you can shop and dine. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms with 2 queen beds are perfect for families. And don't get me started on the breakfast spread - it's the best!

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offerings are delicious, with a variety of options including pork and turkey sausage and bacon. Guests also have access to a gym and a pool outside.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and mall right across the street. Enjoyed the hot cookies and coffee from 4-6 pm, a nice touch. Breakfast had a variety of options, both hot and chilled foods. Staff was courteous and always helpful.

Our room on the third floor had an odd smell of smoke and mildew, and the air conditioner smelled musty when running. As someone sensitive to smoke and mold, it was quite bothersome.
