We have been loyal guests of Best Western for years, but unfortunately, our recent stay at this property was not up to par. the room was cramped with limited space to move around, and the bed was smaller than expected. the front desk staff also provided inaccurate information about parking, resulting in us having to haul our heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. the only positive aspect was the polite young man who checked us in, as well as the manager who apologized for the rude behavior of another staff member.

We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Pocatello. The room setup was perfect for our needs, and the AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The larger than normal hotel room refrigerator was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to store all of our snacks and drinks. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was great, away from busy streets and providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the room service team who did an exceptional job keeping our room clean, even with all of our biking gear. The quiet hallway made a big difference for a light sleeper like me.

The only minor drawback was the lack of an elevator, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Within 2 miles, you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and gas stations. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Plus, the breakfast is surprisingly good for a hotel, with a variety of options to choose from.

One minor issue could be the room access. It is not the most convenient, especially for those with mobility challenges.

The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers were a nice touch. The location was also convenient, close to awesome stores and a popular restaurant like Applebee's. I really enjoyed my stay here.

My room was fully equipped with ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, which was extremely convenient. The free wi-fi in the room was a nice bonus, and I was able to stay connected without any issues. this place exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was conveniently located near fantastic stores, at least two restaurants, and the area we needed to be in. The rooms were immaculate with comfortable beds, and the housekeeping crew was very gracious. The breakfast was OK, and we appreciated the spacious and inviting pool.

There was a lack of accessibility for physically disabled persons in some parts of the hotel.
