Excellent breakfast with friendly staff and clean room.

my recent stay in worthington at holiday inn express exceeded my expectations during these couple of nights. the pool facility was clean and enjoyable, and the complimentary breakfast featured delicious cinnamon rolls and good omelets. it was a treat to relax in a spacious and well-organized room that made the experience worthwhile.

i almost gave this place a good review, but how can i when we were given a soft bed that felt like sleeping on clouds of disappointment? the pool was suffocatingly hot, and the ice machine was a trek, far from convenient. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least i expected for all this trouble!

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, perfect for a cozy stay. The pool was enjoyable, and we loved the idea of bringing family in for free! Overall, a really pleasant experience.

But good heavens, why was the ice machine a trek to the third floor? It felt like Olympic training just to grab a cold drink!

The breakfast had a good variety with standout items like the pancake machine and delicious cinnamon rolls, making mornings something to look forward to.

However, the lack of outlets at the desk made charging multiple devices during my stay inconvenient.

the holiday inn express features a fantastic breakfast with warm, delicious options, especially the cinnamon rolls! the pool was a big hit with our grandkids, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. plus, it’s conveniently located near the ground round and other restaurants, making dining out a breeze.

My wife says that the limited number of outlets in the room could make it tricky for families with kids to charge devices.

First off, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, especially when I needed extra towels and they delivered them quickly. The free Wi-Fi was super fast and reliable, it even allowed me to do some work without interruption in my room while I was away on business.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, the comfort made it acceptable.

Stayed here for a night and really liked the options for pillows – both soft and firm, which is rare! The breakfast had a good variety, and those cinnamon rolls were the bomb! Though, could hear a bit more noise from neighboring rooms than I’d like. Still a solid spot.

However, service was lacking—initially assigned a musty room until a complaint prompted a switch. The weak phone reception in the room was frustrating, rendering it difficult to communicate with staff. Altogether, it didn't justify the price of nearly three hundred dollars.
