The value for money at this hotel was great, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was peaceful and charming, just a short stroll away from the city center. The staff, especially Mustafa at Reception, were kind and welcoming.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety to enhance the dining experience.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is fantastic, with plenty of cafes, shops, and boutiques just around the corner. It's a nice change from the busy tourist center of the city. the hotel is conveniently close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

The noise from the water in the toilet was quite bothersome. Though the staff promised to look into it, it was still quite disruptive to my sleep.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. Lots of attractions nearby, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch.

Really disappointing stay to be honest. Room was tiny and cramped, and the bed was really uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is great! Not far from attractions all walking distance and right on the edge of the Jordan district. The room was clean, fashionable, and quiet. Reception staff was helpful and friendly.

The room lacked storage; there were no drawers or coat hooks, and very limited hanging space.

We had an amazing location and it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite some noise from other guests, we felt safe and comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel.
