I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a medical procedure and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. Although I had trouble getting a taxi, the front desk assisted me in arranging alternate transportation. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The entire facility was tidy and well-maintained. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast served by the friendly Brenda.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Waterville. The location was perfect for our visit, close to other amenities in the area. We also enjoyed using the gym, which had newer equipment compared to our gym back home. we had a wonderful experience and would happily return next time we are in the area.

The room was spacious with two queen beds, a separate living room/kitchen area, and all the necessary amenities. The entire facility was clean and orderly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was tasty and satisfying. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
