I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Duluth for a weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the well-equipped gym and the refreshing pool. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations. I also appreciated the availability of coffee, tea, and water in the lobby, especially the ice cold water with orange slices after a workout. The fluffy towels and pleasant scent throughout the hotel added to the overall positive experience. The hotel even proved to be accommodating when I made a scheduling mistake, promptly refunding my error.

This hotel is located in a very nice and safe area just outside of Atlanta and is very close to the Infinite center. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and have the right lighting, with a comfortable sofa and an extra bed. Breakfast served in this hotel is also good.

The hotel needs improvement in its swimming pool maintenance.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location near multiple malls and a wide variety of restaurants. The staff, especially Regina, Diwanna, and Carli, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a range of options including make-your-own-waffles, fresh eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal. The hotel was exceptionally clean, making our stay more enjoyable.

This hotel is a gem in the Atlanta area. Located in a very nice, safe area just outside of the city makes it an ideal location. The rooms are spotless, with tiled floors for pet-friendly rooms, and cozy beds for a good night’s sleep. Free Wi-Fi and basic breakfast add to the convenience, along with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also includes a beautiful dog area to take your pets for a morning walk.

The parking lot can get crowded due to limited spaces and construction work in nearby areas.

Comfortable beds. Great breakfast, gym and pool. Helpful staff with great knowledge of the area. Lobby provides guests with coffee, tea and water. Dog-friendly with areas for dogs provided.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were delighted with our experience. The hotel is situated in a safe area and there are a few restaurants within walking distance which is very convenient. The amenities in the room were top-notch including air conditioning, a pillow top mattress, a microwave, a refrigerator and tea and coffee facilities which made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service was a real bonus. We also loved the leisure facilities including the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace which was a great place to relax.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting this area for any occasion.

The breakfast at Best Western Plus was outstanding! We enjoyed the comfortable room, and the location was perfect for our needs. Despite the noisy neighbors, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. a great experience!

We stayed for a romantic escape and found two complementary facts that made the stay bearable. the key location was excellent since it was close to everything we wanted to visit, and the view from the room was sublime.

The worst aspects of our stay revolved around the poor customer service! We reported a bed injury, and staff only handed us accident forms and did nothing else.
