The staff at Holiday Inn Express were so kind and accommodating. When we arrived for our reservation, they informed us that the hotel was fully booked. However, they quickly found us an alternative nearby that turned out to be even better. They handled the situation with professionalism and made sure we were taken care of. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
