We were warmly greeted by Tracey upon arrival, who upgraded us to a beautiful garden room overlooking the courtyard, showcasing the hotel's excellent personalized service.

Charming hotel, fantastic location, with an easy walk to major attractions and a delightful bar/lounge area that enhances the overall experience.

Be sure to check out The Elder restaurant for dinner. their small plates are delightful. Don't forget to ask for fresh milk for your coffee!

The quirky decor really made it feel special, and we loved the location. Breakfast was solid, and the room setup was comfy with a nice Nespresso machine. Our evening meals were awesome at local spots like The Elder and a cozy pub nearby. Totally recommend for a group trip!

Only downside was needing to pay upfront upon arrival. It added a bit of pressure when we were in a hurry to check in.

A simple bottle of water in the room would’ve also been nice, but I guess they expect us to survive on overpriced tea. Almost great, but just couldn’t give a good review.

Just a heads up, that shower was a bit cramped for tall folks like me. I'd come back for sure!

I appreciated the central location, easy access to explore the area. One experience I cherished was the friendliness of the staff. they truly made me feel welcomed during my visit. Staying here reminded me of the warmth of home, even being from Italy.
