Located at a prime location, this hotel is close to the airport and Santa Monica Beach, with plenty of restaurant options around the area. The beds are comfortable, accompanied by nice sheets, and spacious smart TVs for entertainment in the room. The shower in the bathroom is refreshing with plenty of hot water. The service of the front desk staff is great, remember who you are, and even check-in beforehand. The free Wi-Fi works just as good as the wired.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located in an area without a lot of options in West LA. The location of the hotel was perfect for accessing all major areas in the city, including the Pier area. It was also not far from the airport, which made travel easier.

the hotel staff, from the desk clerks to the room and breakfast personnel, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel, on Santa Monica Blvd and alongside the 405, was very convenient for reaching other areas by car. the room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of charging outlets for our phones. the included breakfast had a good variety of options and the food was tasty.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for my dad's brain surgery at UCLA. Despite the already stressful time, the staff at the hotel made our stay comfortable and accommodating. The rooms were well-appointed and quiet, allowing us much-needed rest. The highlight of our day was the breakfast, with a wide variety of hot and cold food options, all deliciously prepared. The breakfast room under the skylight was a lovely touch, and we also enjoyed the roof lounge area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met throughout our stay.
