Check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The spacious room and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. It was also convenient to have a nearby auto parts store when we encountered car trouble.

It would have been helpful if there was a bell or a video camera at the front desk to assist with guest service. Additionally, there was a long wait at the lobby due to insufficient staff during a busy period.

Enjoyed my recent stay at a hotel in Royse City. The breakfast was impressive with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, and the refrigerator came in handy. Even though the bed was a bit soft, I had a great night's sleep. I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a decent selection and I appreciated having the option to bring it up to my room when there wasn't enough seating. The hotel location was convenient and easily accessible from major roads. Additionally, the staff at the front desk was friendly and tried to assist with any issues that arose.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. the elevator was broken on the way down, so I had to take the stairs to the third floor before being able to use it.

Excellent breakfast, courteous and friendly staff, nice and quiet rooms, great location, nearby restaurants within walking distance, allowed us to check in early.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to everything - stores, restaurants, and even some within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The parking area was well-lit, which made us feel safe. The staff, from check-in to housekeeping, were friendly and provided exceptional customer service. They made sure to ask if we needed anything throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the delicious breakfast that was offered. We also appreciated the convenient amenities like luggage carts and a well-placed elevator.

Breakfast was fresh with a great variety and longer hours for rest, and clean air conditioning to keep the room cool.

Conveniently located near various amenities such as stores and restaurants, the hotel has an excellent business area. The breakfast served is satisfactory and the rooms are spacious.

Some guests have noted issues with cleanliness, including food remnants left on the ceiling and old stains on the mattress.
