Staff was very courteous and helpful.

We were not informed prior to arrival that the pool was out of service. My child was looking forward to swimming after a long drive, and this news was very disappointing. On top of that, the housekeeping service was lacking. our room was not cleaned during our entire stay. This was especially frustrating as it was advertised as a daily service.

My stay was okay. the breakfast area was always clean thanks to the attentive lady, and the comfy rooms made up for the loud doors at night. I'd probably give it another shot, though.

Comfortable room, spacious shower, with free parking and a delicious breakfast that included fresh pastries, making it easy to start our day before exploring the nearby attractions.

Could not be improved in any way.

my previous stay in williamsburg was good, but this time at holiday inn express exceeded my expectations. the breakfast was fantastic with gluten-free options, and my room was very clean and modern. it was a great experience overall, but some noise from doors and other rooms was a bit distracting.

the elevators made loud dings at night.

Location's a breeze near I-75, and the place was spotless. The first room looked inviting until the toilet decided to play hard to get. They moved us quickly to another lovely room, though, so all's well that ends well.

But heaven forbid you have a plumbing emergency—talk about a flush fiasco! At least I got to practice my signing skills when I reported it!

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast options, especially the cinnamon rolls! The staff was friendly, and the rooms were modern and clean, making my stay enjoyable.

we had a great stay at holiday inn express. the breakfast was awesome every morning, and misty went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 16. the rooms were clean and really nice too.

The room was nice and clean, but we had a bit of a situation with the toilet—it didn't flush properly. Thankfully, the staff was super responsive and quickly moved us to another room that was just as nice. Plus, the breakfast was a highlight with yummy cinnamon rolls! So, the comfy rooms made up for that hiccup.
