During my stay, I found the bar hours very disappointing. I returned twice after exploring the city, only to find the bar was closed. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed misinformed about local events, which impacted my experience. I was expecting better service and accurate local advice.

the classic double room was supposed to be more spacious, but honestly, it felt cramped with nowhere to put my things. and, can you believe it? no smart TV, just some unresponsive internet nonsense! I woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary drink or even just a thank you, but obviously, that was too much to ask.

I woke up to the delightful sound of a live harpist during breakfast, which made mornings truly magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about our stay. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the Duomo and vibrant Brera neighborhoods.

However, the room was a bit on the cozy side, which might feel cramped for some. Additionally, the air conditioning was a tad too warm at night for our taste, making sleep a bit challenging.

The rooms are dated and small!!! Air conditioning is noisy and ineffective!!! Cleaning services need improvement, as I experienced damp laundry returns!!! Ill-maintained bathrooms left a less than favorable impression!!! Overpriced dining options didn't match expectations!!!
