what a letdown! the elevator stunk like pee, and my room had a damp smell that i had to mask with air fresheners. also, the pool was indefinitely closed—how could i not have been informed? i almost thought about a positive review, but then realized i deserved way better than this. quite the disappointment, honestly.

I had a delightful stay at Holiday Inn Express Winfield, Teays Valley By Ihg. The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of options, like fresh fruit and yogurt. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, with a cozy bed and plenty of hot water for my showers.

The traffic noise was noticeable at times.

The musty odors in the rooms were unpleasant!!! The bathrooms were shockingly small, and I struggled with loose fixtures throughout the space. It's disheartening to find unclean common areas and experience noisy neighbors!!! Attention to detail is clearly lacking.
