loved the spacious and comfortable room, with great blackout shades for a peaceful sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially at the front desk. So grateful for their helpful directions. Unlike my previous stay in Avenel, this Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations and made my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. the pool, although only 3' deep, was perfect for my kids to enjoy. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we appreciated the amenities like the gym, business center, and guest laundry facilities. the room itself was well-maintained and had plenty of outlets, hanging space, and a shelf for our suitcase. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man who addressed our concerns about bikers and ensured a peaceful second night. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Holiday Inn Express.

The traffic noise from the highway was extremely loud and kept us awake at night. the cleaning of the room was not thorough, as we found a fake fingernail and sticky residue on the bathroom door.

Great location, close to NYC attractions and easy to access without traffic. Spacious rooms that comfortably fit a large group. the continental breakfast had a good variety and was continuously replenished.

There was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. the hotel had a single elevator serving four floors, and it broke down during our stay, causing inconvenience.
