During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows at this hotel. It made for a good night's sleep after a long day of holiday activities. Additionally, the staff was always friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated near various restaurants and shopping facilities, making it easy to find dining options and last-minute gifts.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the cleanliness of the rooms. the carpets had noticeable stains and the rooms were not always fully cleaned by housekeeping.

The hotel staff showed great attention to detail, calling beforehand to confirm our reservations and to see if we needed anything else. This level of service made us feel well taken care of, and we were impressed with their helpfulness. Additionally, the rooms were perfect for our needs, with comfortable beds and ample space. The hotel's location near the railroad tracks and close to the interstate made it convenient for us to explore the area easily.

We enjoyed our new year stay with great complementary facts—free Wi-Fi and breakfast. the hotel location was perfect for our visit to the city's main attractions. Staff were friendly, and the lobby was impressive. the quiet room with comfortable mattresses made our rest wonderful!

Although the room was quiet and comfortable, there were some cleaning issues to improve, such as carpet stains and bathroom caulking. the housekeeping missed our room, but we informed the front desk, and they promptly replenished the towels.
