Our stay at Courtyard was fantastic! The staff went out of their way to welcome and assist us, providing great directions and recommendations. The hotel lobby, Bistro, pool area, and room were clean and modern. The pool area was a great spot to unwind. The location was convenient for shopping at the nearby mall. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the Bistro in the lobby offers delicious food and drinks, with an amazing chef who prepares homemade salads and sandwiches. the location of the hotel is perfect, with a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the nearby mall offers great shopping opportunities.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the presence of a no weapons sign posted on the door. As a law-abiding citizen with a conceal carry permit, I felt that my 2nd Amendment rights were being restricted.

We loved the modern design and layout of the room. It was stylish, clean, and made us want to stay in the room the whole time. The bathroom was also awesome, and the hotel didn't smell like cigarette smoke, unlike other hotels. The location was perfect, right next to the Woodland Hills Mall, which offered amazing shopping, and The Cheesecake Factory, where we indulged in delicious desserts after our shopping spree. The hotel staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in, was friendly, efficient, and helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic - it was situated in a great area with plenty of things to do nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a balcony that offered a lovely view. The basic amenities were all provided, including good quality soap and shampoo in the shower. And to top it off, the prices were very reasonable.

Conveniently located near a mall, Walmart, and various dining options. Impressed with the security of the business center. Friendly staff, always acknowledging and not impeding. Fluffy pillows provided a mostly comfy sleep. Easy access to highways and expressways for quick travel.
