A Week Surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains

The hotel was super clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were big and spotless, and the breakfast spread was just like home. The short drive to downtown was a bonus, and we could walk to nearby restaurants; it was a nice stay. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the nearby apartments visible from our window, but overall, I felt safe and comfortable during my visit. 🌟

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville Downtown offered spacious and comfortable rooms with modern amenities, making us feel right at home. The free meals and complimentary wireless internet access were thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. The property's hot tub provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring the area.

The speed humps in the parking lots were excessively annoying due to being sharp and too close together.

the mountain view from our room was breathtaking! 💖 so convenient to restaurants & grocery store. Free shuttle was a lifesaver. Only downside was room smelled like smoke. 😒

We spent a day perusing the galleries of Grove Arcade, then hit up the downtown area for some amazing food and cool spots. The hotel's free stays for those 18 and under and free meals for children 11 and under were a total game-changer for our budget. It made our stay even more lit!

The only thing that would have made our stay even better is if there were more exciting late-night activities for us young party-goers.

Holiday Inn in Asheville presented a clean and well-kept room, with friendly and helpful staff. the location was convenient, close to downtown and walking distance to restaurants. Roomy and clean rooms, great breakfast selection, and good value for the price made for a very nice stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo because it provides excellent meeting facilities, including a meeting room measuring 1552 square feet. The staff was helpful in setting up the room and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The only service that I missed for my work was a print/copy center within the hotel premises.

The staff here was super nice and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. They were very helpful, polite, and gracious, always offering assistance with a smile. the housekeeping team did a fantastic job; our room was very clean and well-prepared upon our arrival. the breakfasts looked delicious and had a good variety to choose from. We especially enjoyed the pancake machine that automatically made pancakes - a great way to start the day!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy and quick access to downtown through a tunnel. The staff was outgoing, helpful, and provided lots of suggestions for things to do in this city. The hotel facilities were modern, with electronic controls for raising the blinds in the room and indoor and outdoor pools. The room was clean and well-kept, with a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast was great, with a different hot type of breakfast each day. The parking was ample and the wifi was fast.

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn. The cleanliness of the property was unparalleled - it was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. In fact, I was able to capture a picture of the stunning view from my room through a closed window. The staff went above and beyond, always being friendly and helpful. We received a warm welcome and the front desk staff provided us with great suggestions for activities and restaurants. The suite was spacious enough for our family, and the hospitality extended to us throughout our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again, thanks to the amazing staff, like Claudia from housekeeping, Shay and Laila at the front desk, Beatrice and Yesenia from the breakfast staff, and Anthony the manager.

We loved the fantastic location, just a short drive to downtown. The hotel's view was stunning, and there were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities nearby. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming, setting the tone for our entire trip. The hotel was very clean and welcoming, with exceptional lighting in the room and a bathroom mirror that I wish I had in my house. The pool, hot tub, and buffet breakfast were all great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's accommodations were excellent, providing a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. The Keurig machine in our room was a handy addition.
