We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Cammie, in particular, was incredibly sweet and made us feel right at home. We also loved the inside atrium style layout of the hotel, which made us feel safer and more relaxed. The staff, including the helpful business center staff, were always on hand to assist us. The breakfast staff even went above and beyond on Easter morning. it was a great experience.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the atrium area is convenient, as it is close to restaurants. The rooms seem newly remodeled, with a modern design and hardwood floors. Additionally, breakfast is available, although it was not included in my rate.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was great, and the buffet with made-to-order omelettes and waffles was fantastic. The food was hot and fresh, and the service from the lovely ladies was top-notch. The room itself was quiet, nicely furnished, and had a dramatic atrium style, which we really enjoyed.

Nice and friendly front desk staff, convenient interstate location. Recently remodeled and clean rooms. All staff, including bartender and breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. Upgrade, drink, and breakfast coupons were given to us by the desk staff.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to both Beaumont and Port Arthur. the hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great perk.

The hot water in the bathtub was barely tepid, which made for an uncomfortable bathing experience. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with stains on the bathtub grout and remnants from previous occupants.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn. The suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the amenities, including the exercise facilities and pool.

The hotel also had great facilities for pets, although there was a fee associated with it. Our two small dogs enjoyed their stay and the hotel was accommodating in providing a pet-friendly environment.
