This hotel is located in a great area close to everything. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 adults and 2 children in the bedroom. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included.

All was ok.

The room was unexpectedly upgraded to include a living area, which was great for convention stuff. The breakfast had bacon and good fruit. The separate bedroom and wet bar were nice touches, making me feel like a valued guest. Despite a mix-up with the reservation, extra bedding was promptly provided.

Checking in was a breeze, and the hotel staff were friendly. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the highway and a variety of shops and dining options nearby. The view from our 6th floor room was phenomenal, overlooking vibrant nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and even a Walmart Concert plaza. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to drive-thru coffee in the morning was a perfect way to start the day.

The staff at Hyatt House Bentonville Rogers was incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great shower and ample space. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House Bentonville Rogers and would highly recommend it to others.

During our recent city trip, we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary snacks and drinks in our room upon arrival. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. the spacious rooms provided us with a comfortable stay.

Our experience was marred by the lack of clear signage around the indoor pool area, which led to an unpleasant encounter with the staff. there were hygiene issues in the bathroom which detracted from the overall experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location was perfect, close to everything and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were nice and always clean, and the rooms were extremely clean as well. The shower had the best pressure and height. The sofa bed in the room was a bonus, providing extra sleeping space. The hotel even had a door to close off for privacy. Additionally, the ATM came in handy when needed.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was alright.

Great location with a variety of nearby restaurants and shopping options. the view from our 6th floor room was amazing, especially at night. the hotel's proximity to the Walmart Concert plaza added to the lively atmosphere. Additionally, there was a convenient drive-thru coffee shop just down the road.

The hotel did not have a bar for a nightcap due to ongoing renovations. Hopefully, this will be addressed in the future to enhance the overall experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional amenities and cleanliness at this hotel. The only minor drawback was the lack of communication about the pool and restaurant being closed. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I really liked that the rooms are fairly updated and that there is a separate bedroom from the sitting area. This setup provided some privacy and allowed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in a key location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. the friendly staff was also a plus point and added to the positive experience.

There were a couple of aspects that I did not enjoy during my stay. the air conditioning unit was only in the bedroom and did not filter to the sitting area.

Great location to shops and venues make it easy to find what you need in the area. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom was modern and clean, with all of the amenities we needed. The staff was very accommodating and provided great service during our stay.

The pool was a bit small for our liking and got crowded quickly.
