I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me, being super close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a clean room with a comfortable sofa bed and kitchenware. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with suggesting transportation options as this city has fantastic access to public and inner-city rail transportation.

My card was charged twice upon arrival, causing inconvenience and delays in resolving the payment error. Thankfully, the clean rooms and convenient location made up for this issue. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn Hotel was fantastic. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room spacious with a sofa bed and kitchenware, and the on-site laundry was convenient. Micah provided exceptional service, making our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to Union Station and public transportation. Parking was reasonable at $50 a night.

The staff found my forgotten jewellery during my first visit. All needs met: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, fitness centre, rooftop pool, laundry, business centre. Air-conditioned, smoke-free, wheelchair accessible, no pets. Returning for another trip.

Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Lobby clean with a warm atmosphere. Room immaculately clean, bathroom sparkling, bed comfortable, and perfect room temperature. Blackout shades effective for a good night's sleep.

Limited facilities, no options for food or drink after 8 pm in the vicinity. Location near freeway exit leads to constant noise of traffic, especially during early morning hours.
