Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, convenient location near I-10.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Holiday Inn in Goodyear. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning provided a nice escape from the Arizona heat. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, although we missed having a free breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the warm welcome with chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. Despite some minor inconveniences, like the small parking lot and the lack of a hotel room phone, we had a great stay overall. We would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future.

The location of the hotel was prime, close to the ballpark where we went to see spring training games and close to everything we needed. On our next visit to the area, we'll stay here again. We enjoyed the restaurant across the parking lot. The room was clean and had the needed amenities.

The hotel needs to improve their housekeeping service.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay during Christmas. the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy. Additionally, the hotel's location near the freeway was convenient, providing easy access to other attractions in the area.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was disappointing. the eggs were cold, and the disposable plastic plates seemed cheap.

The free coffee and muffins in the lobby were a nice touch and the pool was refreshing. Being close to the freeway made it easy to get around town. the hotel restaurant had decent food.

The area felt very unsafe and run down. the room smelled musty and the carpet was stained.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. They provided me with extra towels and even allowed me to check out later due to a headache. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. The hotel had a convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, and the Spring Training ball parks.
