We had a wonderful stay at Dreams! the hotel is lovely and the staff were very good, friendly, and helpful. the room was nice and clean, and the complementary room before checkout was really useful. the resort is nice and close to the seashore. the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. the hotel also offers a beach club, sunset bar, and terrace gym, which were all bonus features. a very good hotel with well-appointed and comfortable rooms.

The hotel offered stunning sunset ocean views, amazing facilities including a beautiful pool and delicious breakfast buffet, and well-decorated rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the location was perfect for accessing beaches, stores, restaurants, and the Beach Club Las Rocas. The hotel also had a saltwater swimming pool that was clean and refreshing, and the food, especially the seafood at Las Rocas, was outstanding.

Everything was excellent, from the service to the accommodations. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I requested a high room for a better view, and they not only fulfilled my request but placed me on the ninth floor, the highest floor available. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower was amazing. There were also multiple pools and private spots to sunbathe, which added to the overall relaxation. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of food options available. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

The hotel has a fantastic staff, always smiling and working hard to make guests happy. The surroundings are beautiful, with palm trees and clean pools, and there are several beaches within 200 m. The variety of restaurants and pool bars is amazing, and the food is excellent. As bike riders, we enjoyed the gym facilities and the outstanding views.

Our Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was amazing! We loved the comfortable beds and spacious room. the surroundings were beautiful and perfect for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary evening drinks and tapas, a nice touch from the hotel. the location was also great, with easy access to everything we needed.

The service in the buffet restaurant, which was a bit slow and disorganized. We also felt that some of the staff could have been more friendly and helpful.
