Housekeeping took good care of cleaning and replenishing necessary toiletries. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The in-house restaurant provided great food options. Additionally, the hotel offered free wifi and a good swimming pool.

During my city break, I really enjoyed the two complementary amenities offered by the hotel, the clean rooms and the convenient location. It was great to have a gym and a pool onsite, both of which were clean and well-maintained. the hotel was located in a prime spot, close to many attractions and restaurants.

One of the worst aspects was the uncomfortable bed - it had massive craters on both sides, making for a very unpleasant sleeping experience. the front desk staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming upon check-in.
