I had a fantastic stay at the Intercontinental in Mexico City. The value for my money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff were wonderful and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more diverse power plug options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the Polanco district, surrounded by good restaurants and within comfortable walking distance to attractions such as the National Museum of Anthropology. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier and check out late at no extra charge. The bed in my room was super comfy, and the view of the city from the room was awesome!

I had an excellent stay at Intercontinental in Polanco. The room was recently renovated, offering a big and nice view. The location was perfect, with safe surroundings, nice restaurants, and museums nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Our room had a stunning view of the city, from wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows. The waterfall shower was a nice touch. The hotel staff made us feel special and treated us like royalty, even though we booked with points. we highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Located in the upscale Polanco area near Parque Lincoln and shopping. Beautiful and spotless, with friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfy bed, and great city views. Temperature monitoring and delicious room service with complimentary bread.

This venue was an extraordinary and luxurious experience! the moment I walked in, I was greeted with top, notch service and exclusive amenities. the Spa and Wellness Centre was exceptional with an outstanding Jacuzzi and various massages and beauty treatments. I enjoyed the lavish in, room breakfast and the exceptional Bar/Lounge area with a variety of snacks. the Buffet breakfast offered Special diet menus, and there were also fantastic private facilities for extra comfort. the hotel's location was privileged with a great view and close to important attractions.

This delay was understandable since they have to clean thoroughly to ensure every guest's safety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the park with excellent views over Chapultepec park. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to meet my every need. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the Mexican restaurant in the hotel was impressive with amazing food.

We had an excellent stay at Presidente Intercontinental, with helpful staff and a spacious room with a beautiful view. the breakfast options were plentiful, and we were blown away by the amazing food at the hotel's Mexican restaurant. the location was convenient, with a large park and plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Presidente in Polanco for a week-long business trip. The view from my room on the 27th floor overlooking Paseo de la Reforma Street was simply enchanting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's two restaurants, "Alfredo do Roma" and "Cocina Urbana," offered a fantastic culinary experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
