I got great value for my money at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and had soft, cozy beds. The location was beautiful, with a view of the mountains and close to nature trails. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved, maybe by adding more variety or options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also loved the convenient location, very close to the highway. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we were particularly impressed by the staff. One of the employees, Angel, who served breakfast, had a great attitude and a contagious smile. She truly loved her job, and her enthusiasm made our stay feel perfect. Plus, the beds were absolutely awesome!

Our stay at a hotel in Colorado was alright. It is located in a more "hip" area close to downtown and has easy access to the highway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfy beds. The bathroom was also tidy with good amenities. They had a wonderful cooked-to-order breakfast and good cinnamon rolls plus a bar and restaurant. The indoor hot tub was also heated and inviting.

There were issues regarding charging and reservations, as well as the absence of refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.

The hotel's location was great with a view of Trinidad Lake State Park. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. The basic amenities were all there and the rooms were nice and clean.

Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée, avec une salle de bain immense et une cuisinette toute équipée. Le personnel était chaleureux et le check-in rapide. De plus, le petit déjeuner offrait un large choix de plats délicieux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, à l'exception du WIFI qui était parfois difficile à utiliser.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and I wish I could buy the same set for my home. The indoor pool was clean and well-ventilated, making it a relaxing place for my family to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby restaurant was surprisingly good, with kids eating free and a great value for the whole family.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a nice view from our window. It was great to have the option to enjoy a full breakfast included in our room rate. The hotel had a clean pool and a nice hot tub for relaxing after a long day. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was well managed and the staff was always eager to assist us.
